Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and phone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others. Users whose content is the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices may have their accounts terminated.
